Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Homeo Cloud offers a free trial. No charges apply during the trial period. If you wish to continue after the trial ends, you must choose a paid plan.

2. Refund Conditions

For paid subscriptions, refund requests can be made within 7 days of the subscription start date. Refunds will not be applicable after 7 days.

3. Refund Process

If a refund request is approved, the money will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to receive the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
